Due to the expected high number of people needing to self isolate due to either contracting Covid or being a close contact of someone else who has contracted the virus, we would appreciate it if you could please complete this quick survey should your child/ren need to isolate at home this term. The information gathered will be completely confidential and visible only to senior leadership and your child's classroom teachers.  It will support us with our day to day planning and allow us to respond in the best way we can for our learners.
